Implemented functionality for messaging allowing users to create bold and italic text, add links and emojis.

• Implemented a confirmation screen after the creation of a letterbox allowing team members to double check the details of adoptive families and birth family members to ensure no mistakes have been made during entry.
• Fixed a bug where in certain circumstances the communications in a letterbox were not visible to team members.
